How do I get started with PercenX?

Getting started with PercenX is simple.

Open PercenX and use the Solve screen to enter a math problem. You can type your problem, take a photo, or upload an image of a problem from paper, a textbook, or another source.

Submit the problem and PercenX will analyze it and provide a solution with explanatory steps when appropriate.

Once you receive the solution, review the steps—not just the final answer. If something isn't clear, ask a follow-up question. You can ask PercenX to explain a step in more detail, simplify an explanation, show another way to solve the problem, help you understand where you went wrong, or give you a similar problem to practice.

For your first problem, try something simple such as:

Solve 3x + 7 = 25

Then try a follow-up such as:

“Can you show me another way to solve this?”

As you use PercenX, your Notebook helps you return to your math work, while Favorites, Tags, and Notes can help you organize problems for studying and review.
