Information You Provide
You may provide math problems, uploaded images, typed prompts, notebook notes, tags, review ratings, and other content needed to use the service.
Account and Authentication Information
PercenX may process account identifiers such as email address, authentication provider information, verification-code records, session data, and security audit events.
Math Problems, Images, and Submitted Content
Submitted problems and images may be processed to generate explanations, answers, graphs, notebook history, and related learning features. Avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information in math prompts or images.
Automatically Collected Technical Information
The service may process technical information such as IP-derived request context, browser or device information, timestamps, logs, error information, and security signals needed to operate and protect the application.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide math tutoring features, authenticate users, maintain notebook history, improve reliability, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and operate the service.
Service-Provider Processing
PercenX may use third-party service providers for AI processing, hosting, database, caching, authentication, email delivery, and infrastructure. Submitted content may be processed by providers such as OpenAI or hosting infrastructure providers when needed to deliver the service.
Hosting and Infrastructure Providers
PercenX may rely on infrastructure services such as web hosting, managed databases, caching, HTTPS certificates, and related operations. These providers may process technical and operational data as part of running the service.
Cookies and Session Storage
PercenX uses session cookies and related browser storage where needed for sign-in, security, and application state. Session cookies are used to keep users signed in and protect authenticated features.
Analytics
PercenX supports optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, and a separately configured Cloudflare Web Analytics provider. Only the configured provider is used. GA4 measures visits to approved public pages after you accept analytics. Google may use first-party analytics cookies and process technical information such as browser, device, and network information. Advertising consent remains denied.
GA4 is not loaded before affirmative consent. Accept analytics and Reject optional analytics are available in the preferences interface. Use the Manage Analytics Preferences button below to revisit your choice or decline analytics to withdraw consent. A first-party localStorage record stores your choice, policy version, and timestamp. Consent is valid for 180 days; expired records are not used to authorize analytics but may remain in browser storage until overwritten or cleared. Invalid or expired preferences require a new choice. If saving a rejection fails, we attempt to retain it in sessionStorage for the current tab. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice can only be applied to the current page.
GA4 page metadata uses fixed public-page categories rather than problem titles or slugs. Math problems, answers, uploaded images and filenames, OCR text, graph equations, notebook content, notes, tags, email addresses, user IDs, authentication codes, and billing details are not intentionally sent. GA4 is excluded from signed-in homepage visits, Notebook, Progress, account, billing, authentication, Admin, API, draft, query-string, and error pages.
Withdrawal disables further GA4 collection and attempts to remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. A page reload unloads an already loaded Google tag. Requests already dispatched cannot be recalled. Removing cookies does not delete data previously collected by Google.
The existing Cloudflare Web Analytics configuration operates separately from the GA4 consent interface, without PercenX analytics cookies or custom behavioral event tracking. It may process page URLs, referrers, browser or device information, approximate location, and performance timing. Cookieless processing is not a guarantee of exemption from consent requirements. Its use requires a separate owner review before worldwide activation.
See Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner sites, and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may also restrict analytics.
Data Retention
Information may be retained while needed to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with operational needs, resolve disputes, and protect the application. Specific retention periods may vary based on the type of information and operational requirements.
Security Limitations
PercenX uses safeguards intended to protect user information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for math support.
Children and Student Use
PercenX is designed for learning support. Students, parents, guardians, and educators should follow applicable school, household, and legal requirements for student technology use.
User Choices
Users can choose what math content they submit and may stop using the service at any time. Additional account data controls may be added as the service evolves.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
